Summer is a perfect time to ‘level up’ for next year’s wrestling season. Below are some ideas.

Going to D3 or the Stable (or other clubs) is always a great way to stay fresh and improve skill levels over the summer. I know D3 is closed in August for cleaning.
Another great idea is to make a workout list before kids are allowed on electronics for the day. Start out with a reasonable amount (50/100 pushups, bent arm hangs for 1:00 minute, squats, 6 inches, planks…) and then increase it every week. By the end of summer you’d be amazed at how much they improved.
