Parents & Coaches,
We will be hosting our 1st Annual Central Dauphin Youth Wrestling Golf Scramble on August 17th at 2pm at Manada Golf Course. Please view the attached flyer for information regarding the golf scramble.
Items and Volunteering needed for August 17th:
- Volunteers for setup at noon: set up tables and tents, sell raffles and 50/50 tickets, organize teams, put out sponsored yard signs at each hole, run around with a golf cart with coolers during the event, work a par 5 hole during the event.
- Volunteers after golfing is finished (6pm-830pm), run raffles & 50/50 drawings, and help clean up once finished.
- Donation of 15 coolers for the day to be used from 12pm-8pm (Tape your name on it)
- Donations for Baskets / Raffles needed:
o Wine/Whiskey/Alcohol items for baskets
o Lottery tickets for baskets
o Gift Cards/ Tickets to local business/events
o Any Central Dauphin Memorabilia
o Wrestling items/gear
o Donate $ to be put towards a basket
o Create your own
